Step-by-Step Process

1. Alcoholic products
   1. Sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
   2. Licensing/registration
      1. Pay for registering trade name/DBA under the Lion Brewery; once approved,
      2. Submit label for approval with the TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau)
   3. Recipe/formulation
      1. Submit recipe/formulation (required)
      2. Volume initially/annually
      3. Number of brands/flavors
      4. Establish minimums
      5. Establish estimated cost/case or barrel
   4. Packaging
      1. Submit artwork to suppliers
      2. If product was produced elsewhere, the Lion must acquire samples of all packaging
      3. If product was never produced, the Lion must sign off on proofs before they are printed
   5. Pricing/terms
      1. Establish actual cost per case/barrel
      2. Institute payment terms
   6. Sign brewing agreement before:
      1. Packaging is printed
      2. Brewing/bottling of product
   7. Brew/batch product
