Leo Orlandini

Director of Operations/Master Brewer

Leo Orlandini received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wilkes College in 1983. He began his career with The Lion in 1988 as a Quality Assurance Technician. He was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager in 1990. In 1991, Leo attended the prestigious Siebel Institute of Technology, a world-renowned brewing school in Chicago, Illinois, and received his diploma in Brewing Sciences. In 1991, he was promoted to Brewing Supervisor. In 1993, Leo became Assistant Master Brewer and in 1995, was promoted to Master Brewer. In 1999, Leo was named the inaugural Mid-Size Brew Master of the Year at the Great American Beer Festival. In 2005, he was named Director of Operations/Master Brewer.

Shelley Pheiff

Manager of Contract Sales

Shelley is a graduate of Wilkes University, earning a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She served as an intern in the summer of 2006 and was hired in February 2008 as Marketing and Sales Coordinator. Shelley was promoted in January 2009 to Manager of Contract Sales. Her role is to help facilitate new customers through the start-up process of producing their own beverages products.
